Yearlong Space Trip Provides Rare Medical Study Opportunity

U.S. astronaut Scott Kelly is scheduled to go to the International Space Station this month aboard a Russian spacecraft launched in Kazakhstan. His mission will last more than a year. Scientists hope it will provide important information about the physical and mental effects of living in space for a long period. VOA’s Greg Flakus reports.
