Drip Drip Drop Little April Showers.

It may only be January but it sure as hell feels like April the amount it’s pouring down out there! It made work interesting this morning as I got soaked, going back this afternoon shall be fun.


I’m doing this post earlier in the day than usual because I have just completed the Bikini Burn Day 1 and I’m so shattered! I honestly didn’t think it would be this hard!! It was so worth it though, even though my legs feel like jelly! I can’t wait to see what doing this programme will bring me and the changes to my body!


I also tried getting up early this morning to do yoga before I started my day and realised, I don’t like it. I was still half asleep so I didn’t feel like I was doing it properly and was quite stiff from having slept and it did’t help stretch anything out, it just made me feel like I couldn’t get as deep into the poses as I normally do.


To conclude:



  • Yoga shall not be done in the morning.

  • Bikini Burn will perfect my life.
